OC Joins the North Seattle Lateral Upgrade Coalition in Opposing the North Seattle Pipeline Expansion project

Puget Sound Energy's idea is to expand a natural gas pipeline from 8" to 20."  The construction work would damage salmon bearing streams that can assist with Southern Resident killer whale recovery. It also increases infrastructure for greenhouse gas production rather than prioritizing meeting new demand with solar.
