‘Our Orca Conservancy colleague and local NaWhaRe volunteer Shari Tarantino saw killer whales yesterday.  Very exciting to see large groups this time of year down here: 745AM MONDAY: Schooners Gulch. Heard loud blows… Knew exactly.., pod of about 8-10 orca, spread out in pods of two, one of about 5. No males. Positive they were orca. Heading south’.
