OC Opposes the Proposed Robert Banks Terminal 2

"THREE years later, we continue to question why DFO is refusing to not only release the final necropsy report on J34, but have not even responded when this information is requested. Therefore, Orca Conservancy demands that no decision to proceed with this project is made until the necropsy report is made public, and the public is given the opportunity to comment in light of the contents of the report.  E.g., if the report indicates that ship strike is the cause of death, that dramatically increases the expected impact of port expansion on SRKWs.  Further, the decision to proceed with the TMX pipeline significantly adds to the negative consequences of port expansion, as dangerous cargo with the potential to cause extinction will be transported much more frequently if shipping traffic increases." ~Orca Conservancy
