North Bend City Council's Approval of Misguided Water Supply Plan makes its way to Governor Inslee's Desk

The City of North Bend still needs a backup mitigation water source for summer months. No realistic backup mitigation water source exists that will not cause additional and detrimental harm to the Snoqualmie River, and the threatened wild salmon populations struggling to survive.

At this point, cramming a circle through a square will not only be disastrous for the future of the Snohomish watershed, but for the salmon, orcas, and especially our children’s right to grow and develop under favorable conditions along with being able to live in a healthy environment.
